Research also indicates that increasing omega-3 fatty acids may help people with migraines. Foods rich in omega-3 fatty acids include fish such as mackerel, salmon, seeds, and legumes.

#3 Nuts

Nuts are rich in magnesium, which soothes headache pain by relaxing blood vessels. Nuts contain a significant amount of vitamin E that may help control migraines triggered by hormonal fluctuations.
